Refund policy
We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, if the products meet the following conditions: unused, packed in their original packaging with all tags attached, undamaged, and unaltered in any way, you are required to return the products to our address at H # 13/14,Block G, Street No 1, Sukh Chayan garden Canal Road, Lahore. Once we receive the products, we will conduct a quality audit. If the products pass our quality audit then below will be applicable,
COD deliveries:
A coupon of equivalent value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
Credit/Debit Card Deliveries
Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Exchange/Refund policy is not applicable for the discounted items & customized articles.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange the delivered goods within 7 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition. The company’s decision in these matters will be considered final.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order.
“SSS” reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
